Illegally Parked / Damaged Verge

Adroddwyd drwy mobile yn y categori Car parking yn ddienw am 20:21, Iau 9 Tachwedd 2023

Anfon at Folkestone and Hythe District Council llai na munud yn hwyrach. Cyfeirnod FixMyStreet: 5194596.

These vehicles have started parking illegally again since 6th Nov 2023.

They have done this before and the council ordered them to stop parking on the Verge after causing damage to the grass and the police informed me they gave Rob the van owner a fine twice, once for parking here in 2022 and once for no tax in 2021.

They have caused amaged the grass verge again which could be criminal damage and are committing the following criminal offenses according to the highways act:

Parking within 10m (actuall on) a junction. Parking partially on a footway or verge. Parking against the flow of traffic with no red reflectors at night.

The van I imagine likely does not have a permit from the council to advertise the business on the road.

    Verge is still damaged. Same driver is parking multiple other vehicles here illegally.

  • It is still happening and much worse now. Bus had an accident with this vehicle recently. Council and police ignoring and doing nothing
