• Hi. This is a bigger issue than just planting a replacement tree. The contractors who are working in this house are causing damage the grass verge and it's not acceptable, they don't care. I did speak with them as they were blocking off the footpath with two vans recently and they just huffed and walked away. The grass is going to be need to relayed as well as the tree. I appreciate it will be next to impossible to identify the contractors for destroying the tree but it seems likely. There is no doubt who is carrying damage to the grass and creating a mud bank. If this needs to be reported through to environmental health, can you provide a contact please.

  These pics were taken last Saturday (16 Dec). Same households contractors are still parking and destroying the grass verges, this is council tax payers money being spent to repair damage for ignorant contractors and their client who clearly doesn't care. Further the vans are completely blocking the footpath forcing pedestrians onto a busy road if they are able bodies. Why hadn't somebody at Bromley followed up on this, I've reported it weeks ago and there is zero improvement. An environmental notice should be issued to the home owner (prob creating a HMO) and they should be made to pay for the damage being caused.

• We have requested a quote from our contractor to repair and re-seed the grass verge with a view to recovering the cost of the work back to the householder. This report will be closed pending the stated action.
