Blocked path due to council barriers blocking pathway had to push my grandaughter in the road to get round Theses were put in place in sept The work was carried out finished these haven’t been collected and now are a safety issue causing a risk to a persons and child safety Old people are walking in the road as well as prams with young children in and parents walking in to a road so near the corner bend on to oncoming traffic
