Anfon at Bath and North East Somerset Council llai na munud yn hwyrach. Cyfeirnod FixMyStreet: 5153758.
This problem was first reported on February 18th 2020 (Council ref: 2006653) with a number of visits and meetings onsite by the drainage team, including a team onsite earlier this year in 2023, to clear the drains, but concluded the internal pipework was blocked and needed further investigation by video camera before initiating further work. I have not heard back from the team and now we are now experiencing heavy rain, both the drains and pipes are overflowing onto the road and with vehicle wash, further eroding the bank further, with evidence the bank / stone wall is collapsing, as I am now picking up large stones from the road side on a weekly basis. Given the duration of this issue being unresolved and the risk to land subsidence, I would kindly ask for this problem to be considered a priority.

Afternoon, this problem remains unfixed after four years and numerous site visits and promises to rectify the problem, we now have long term bank erosion from vehicle water spray, an enlarge water relief hole in the bank and the tarmac entrance in the lane, is now badly damaged and presents both a skid risk on entry and acceleration risk, with large base stones now flicking up under our cars. I appreciate the council needs to priorities reported issues, however is four years an acceptable response time?. What do we need to do in order to fix the problem?

Good Morning, I am hoping you can provide an update on the plans to repair the drain, as I believe funding should have been available in July 2024. We are now entering the wet season again with more bank erosion and increased risk of subsidence of the ground above.
