No PROW access near Star Lane, Avening

The path from farm buildings to Star Lane is completely missing. The attached Jpeg shows the problem areas: 1. no signage to indicate location of PROW at North of path, near farm buildings. 2. OS map suggests path crosses field boundary here but there is no stile or break in boundary to allow access. 3. barbed wire fence impedes access here. There is no gate or stile. 4. no signage to indicate location of PROW. field has been ploughed and planted right up to hedgerow.
