Loose/rattling cover/ironwork problem

A parishioner has asked me to follow up a case - 11440472.

It floods regularly and he has reported it. The road gets covered in sludge after heavy rain. Highways put up 'FLOOD’ notices, as they did on Friday.

Can you let me know whether any further action is planned?

(Original report for which a 2HR was raised on 20th October:
There is a foot of water in the dip and is causing issues, this is causing trouble. cars can get through but anyone walking would struggle. The road is walked by school children. The water is now entering a neighboring properties garden. The water is up to cars bumpers.)

    •Faulty temporary or permanent traffic lights (i.e. stuck on red)
