Blocking visibility on road/junction (Grass/verge) problem

email rcvd 19.10.23 - Thank you for your time earlier. As discussed it has been reported to me that your contractors working on hedge cutting along the A46 have driven along the verge causing some damage and splashed mud onto the carriageway. It’s the section between Lasbourogh and the leighteron turn, currently closed to allow ash dieback works
I have attached a few pictures. Can I ask you to investigate and take appropriate action.
