Hello, I'd like to report a potential urgent danger of a dead tree's branches falling onto a passing vehicle and killing someone. The tree is on the Gloucestershire side of where the Fosse Way by way crosses the B4014 on the county border, near Long Newnton. One branch has already fallen and it looks like further branches are at risk of falling. The tree is adjacent to our field on the other side of the wire fence field boundary. It is NOT on our land. Please could some look at it before it causes a fatality. Thank you
