I was walking last week on the footpath crossing the A40( which is really very dangerous and the speed should be adjusted to 60 or even better to 50mph-but that’s not why I am writing). At the crossing to the Kilham Lane into Shipton Oliffe the farmer blocked off the last bit of public footpath with an electric fence and has his sheep in the field. There was no gate I could open to walk on the footpath. He should leave space for walkers.
