No lighting side of motorway sheildhall roundabout pathway

After my bad fall I’d like to report the no lights on the foot path leading to bridge at the side of motorway there’s 5 lights out and trees bushes not cut back so went other way to get bit of light and had a really bad fall tonite I’ve really hurt myself my tail bone side and side of my hand has no felling . If I were elderly I’d have been in trouble I had to lay there to actually get my breath back and no one about at 10 pm not even another dog walker really needs sorted before someone else gets hurt .
