Car is outside my home night/ day. Can’t get my mobile home out easily.

This car is parked on this double line night and day. We have a rear exit in Kingston Close BN3 8 LE,and find it difficult to get our Mobiehome out and around this car parked constantly. Isn’t there a 3 hour limit for disabled drivers?

Problem was exacerbated by a fire at the lower end of Kingston Close. Had a fire engine (4 of them in West Way) needed to come up Kingston Close and turn round, they would have not been able to get pass this blue car parked constantly on a double yellow line.

This car is still parked on a double yellow line night and day. The car owners wife is disabled but the car is nowhere near the house. Either parking on a double yellow line for MORE than 3 hours is against the law or you may as well remove the yellow lines as being irrelevant.
