Dumped builders waste

This has been dumped outside of a blue doored garage which faces onto The Parade, Trallwn, Pontypridd - very near to Fish Lane. It has left there for several months, not only looking unsightly, but also attracting other rubbish to be dumped and dangerous to local children who may try and climb on it. I believe (given the building refuse left at the side of the garage and also at the front of the property) that this rubbish belongs to the owner of 20 Sion Street. If this rubbish had only been there a few days I would not take issue, but the owner seems to be treating this as a dumping ground which doesn't bother him as he doesn't have to look at it, as it doesn't face his property. Meanwhile it causes a hazard for those living on The Parade. I hope this can be dealt with quickly.
