Resident or relative of 63 is blocking their driveway and making turning into driveway for others very difficukt

Minster Way is far busier with cars than it used to be. The residents at 63 have several cars. Several times, their friends or family park along the road, as does one of the residents as he has his two work vehicles parked there. However, there are now extra cars parked across their driveway. Im not sure if this is a dropped kerb or not. My house is close by and it makes turning into the round to park on my own driveway difficult and dangerous. We have attempted to reason with the householder but they are not cooperative. I am concerned that if the partial blocking of this steep top road of Minster Way continues, there will be car damage and a serious accident.

Our Civil Enforcement Officers can issue Penalty Charge Notices for infringement of double yellow lines or other parking restrictions, but we can’t respond to issues of parking when there are no restrictions in place. If parked vehicles are causing an obstruction it is a Police matter and should be reported via 101.
