Dangerous pavement obstruction and hazard for cyclists.

Van in Chelsea Road unloading blocking pavement entirely. (Northbound on the western pavement, just downhill from HUGS charity shop, at 10.55 am). This is a daily occurrence, multiple times. I was forced to walk in the road and almost got knocked over by a car coming down the hill unable to stop in time. The cyclist here is forced to stop going uphill and had difficulty restarting safely. This area needs bollards or CCTV. Warden enforcement is not working and it is getting worse, soon someone will be injured if no action is taken.

For future Parking enquiry please follow the below information Our Civil Enforcement Officers can issue Penalty Charge Notices for infringement of double yellow lines or other parking restrictions, but we can’t respond to issues of parking when there are no restrictions in place. If parked vehicles are causing an obstruction it is a Police matter and should be reported via 101.
