You clear away one lot of flytipping next to these two bins, empty those overflowing bins, and it all starts up again immediately.

When are you going to address the underlying issues instead of reactively & perpetually responding to the problems those issues create - ever?

For starters, find out which business is leaving those pink Biffo bags at will rather than within the 1 hr picukup slot.

Then check all the black bags for names & addresses.

Then repeatedly monitor and fine the flytippers.

Then move the bins into the road - that will also stop the current, permanent double-yellow parking at this spot.

Then if you must have street bins here - do you have to? - make sure the lids are lockable.

Then put direct warning stickers (no mealy mouth implications please) on the bins & a Flywatch poster & Crime Scene stickers on the bags.

(I bet, however, you continue to do NONE of the above.)
