20mph Sign on SE side of Warminster Rd just before traffic lights

The 20mph Sign on entry to the 20mph zone is not visible to drivers as they are approaching the Sign until the very last minute so most drivers aren't seeing it. The problem is exacerbated by the downward slope. Could probably be fixed by pruning the tree to clear a sight line from further away.
