Street bin full (again)

Until such time as you get Quasioun to stop putting their excess commercial waste into this bin, please pro-actively check & empty this problematic bin.

I asked multiple times in the past for the bin to be moved accordingly but, as usual, council officers know best. & the previous 'Neighbourhood Co-ordinator' also blanked requests.

And while there, although they now 'control' their waste over 2 premises (the small stockroom has re-opened as a butchers + the now unnamed larger store) by keeping them under awnings, they still leave waste out at will (all day & night) with a large red waste bin overflowing and cardboard boxes heaped up ie not broken down. Improved but still some way to go.
