Padlock on the gate is incorrect

The padlock on the gate to the path that runs along the top of sea walls should have a 5 digit combination padlock with pin 11966. it currently has a key lock. this is per access agreement from the british mountaineering council details can be found here: https://www.thebmc.co.uk/ modules/ RAD/ View.aspx?id=333
This will need to be replaced asap as the gate is being damaged as users cannot access it in the correct way.
