Roots on footpath

I reported this on 12/6/23 and said:

"A hazard to humans and animals and not a nice walk any longer. Please restore the footpath and remove the roots."

Hampshire Countryside "Service" had warning that this was a hazard and now you have a report of a trip hazard. You had an opportunity to address this in the past 2 months and to all intents and purposes you haven't bothered. That's pretty appalling by anyone's standards that you knowingly couldn't be bothered to address a health and safety hazard.

When might we expect a meaningful update to the problem and a fix to this? Whomosever fenced this in needs to sort this out. Quite why that is so hard to achieve is unfathomable to most of us.
