Recent pavement re surfacing in and around Chorefields Kidlington

Re surfacing of pavements in this area are a complete joke. Weeds and grass are growing through the new tarmac. Every driveway entrance has tyre tracks. And don't say residents did not give enough time to allow the surface to set. Booklet sent to homes stated four hours to set. I did not use My car for two days after new surface and My car left tracks. Others have deep ruts. Anyone can see the surface is far to thin and will break up. I would like to know which dimwit dreamed up this waste of money nonsense. J Walton. Resident
