Overhanging trees and trees in danger of falling on properties. one already has

The trees in this area (marked on the map) are overhanging the properties indicated and are vulnerable to falling in or on resident’s properties due to outgrowing their footing on the steep slope. One tree has already come down in a resident’s garden, endangering the resident. Can you please send a tree surgeon down to cut the overhanging branches back and make sure the trees are not in danger of falling on the residents.
