A neighbour has parked one of their vehicles on the inside of the roundabout opposite the entrance to another neighbours drive way they are an elderly couple, but it is causing a nuisance, there is plenty of parking on the other side of the roundabout and he can also fit the car on his drive but chooses to leave it there to annoy his other neighbour its been bumped once, please can you sort the issue he has been doing it for a few weeks now.
