Commercial waste / clutter on pavements (again)

It is clear business (not just these) either do not know the rules regarding waste presentation or do and are ignoring them to suit eg leaving waste out when no-one is present / no source on bags / no details of collection.

On top of which, already reported *broken* stock palettes remain - why? These are broken ergo waste.

On top of which, overflowing waste bins - cue seagulls.

On top of which, large (in this case BIffo) waste bin left permanently parked on the pavement.

When are senior NRS managers going to get a grip on all these universal issues with commercial waste in Glasgow - ever?
