Traffic lights still bagged up

The Brand New traffic lights at this Junction in Byres Road as part of the regeneration scheme needs to be switched on as a lot of people cross at this Junction to either walk to Kelvingrove Art Gallery or the Nursery across the road as the facilities there are poor as the original Pelican Crossing is dated so can you please accept my request and turn the traffic lights on at the Byres Road Junction it's not local people Crossing here it's tourists from anywhere and the road next to the Nursery and the new massive building next to it where the western infuramy hospital once stood Glasgow City Council can you please can you switch the brand new traffic lights on in Byres Road.
