Continuing obstruction of pavement outside cafe with multiple tables and chairs blocking the entire pavement. The owner needs to be spoken to about continued issues of parking inappropriately. On 3 occasions now my partially sighted mother has had difficulty navigating the large scaffolding lorries and vans parking selfishly on the entire pavement making it extremely difficult for pedestrians, prams and wheelchairs to get by. Church Road is an extremely busy road and pedestrians should not be expected to walk in the road. The cafe is completely blocking entire pavement outside the post office and estate agents.
