Repeated fly tipping on Forster Rd over several weekss

Over the past few weeks there have been repeated incidents of fly tipping in front of our or neighbours' houses, black bin bags or other rubbish bags with food, clothes security tags, etc which is then strewn all over the street and distributed presumably by foxes etc. This is becoming a nuisance for pedestrians. We have cleared rubbish in front of our house on several occasions.
