Parking on double yellow lines, blocking delivery bays and other vehicles.

Since the opening of a mosque on the street there has been a lot of parking issues. During mosque times there is a lot of parking on double yellow lines in designated loading bays and blocking the local tesco loading bay and drop curb. The Council recently installed bollard at the one end of the street to stop people from parking on the payment and blocking the path way. This has not worked as they now just do the same thing at the other end of the street and some of the other street around the area. When the proposal of the mosque was sent out we was told there would be on increased parking issues. That was a lie as we can no longer get down our street when it is mosque times. Allso we have to deal with them coming to the mosque at unsocial hours being upto 1am. Many times we have had to ask them to be quiet because of disturbing our kids and us. If nothing is done about it this time as iv many a number of complaints I shall go to my local councilor.
