I first reported this light in April, thankfully nature is helping with lighter nights as it’s still not working,

They is a cable fault in the area which might be affecting the supply to this light. We are arranging for works to be carried out in relation to this. Once this work is complete we shall advise property services who are responsible for this light.

Our teams were unable to attend last week as they hoped due to staff sickness.

We can confirm that our cable repair works are complete and as the light in the lane is still not working as have asked our property services department to investigate further.
We trust they will make the necessary arrangements We shall add further information here when known.

We can confirm that the necessary replacement fitting has been ordered and our property services contractors are intending to visit site on Tuesday 5th December to fit this.
We trust that the light will be working as normal after their attendance.

Our property services team advise they have fitted a new lantern here on Tuesday 12th December. They are checking at night to see if the light is working properly

This was first reported in April 2023 so it 10 months which I think is very poor on the property team.

Property services confirm they are having trouble tracing the power supply for the light and may consider installing a new power supply instead. If they provide further updates we shall add the information here.

We have been vary patient waiting well over a year for this light to be fixed, I can not fault fix my street as they have been on going and asking frequently if the problem has been solved, but the repair team well ???

The councils property services team are currently investigating the possibility of providing a new power supply to the light and have requested quotes for this before they proceed. We shall add further information here when known,

As they have not been fixed I believe all of the garages have now been broken into, I feel that had they been fixed maybe last year, this may not have been a problem,
