Noisy Faulty Manhole cover

The manhole cover is faulty outside number 53 Windmill Hill EN2 in the road directly in front of Burlingtons Fish and Chip shop. It is so noisy every time a vehicle drives over it and the noise is magnified at night. The council have been contacted by myself and others 3 weeks ago and have yet to fix the fault or acknowledge my complaint. The noise is a nuisance which is keeping residents awake at night.
