Mariners Path BS9 - aggressive foliage overgrowth by Church Avenue end

The foliage on this area of Mariners Path (especially on the corner of Church Avenue BS91LD) has aggressively overgrown in the last two months to the extent that it is causing both general access as well as light obstruction by growing over the windows to my adjacent home (the home being Woodlands Lodge on the corner of Church Avenue).

The path is very popular with walkers and joggers - but is now proving to be a nettle and thorn obstacle - as explained mostly at the Church Avenue end. A significant trim is required. Thank you.
