Existing issue reported before

This pothole has been reported before. A team turned up and temporarily filled it in leaving excess stones behind which my father and I had to clear up with a wheel barrow. The temporary works have subsided leaving the same issue. All we want is the pothole to be fixed properly which was done on a manhole cover next to the pothole shortly after. Could you please fix the pothole properly as it’s outside my fathers driveway causing no end of issues. My father is 79yrs old and is constantly complaining about this which is now effecting his mental health. The pothole has damaged his alloy wheel on his car and he is constantly having to clean the driveway when it rains as a puddle forms splashing the driveway when cars, buses and lorries drive over the pothole. A 79yr old man should not have to do this again and again at his age. Could you please help and resurface the pothole.
