4-5inch deep pothole Lawrence hill

It looks like an old manhole cover that was tarmac over, but it is collapsing and now is a 4-5inch deep pothole that causes a lot of vibration and noise with traffic going over it.
When there are cars parked either side it is virtually impossible to drive around it especially for large vehicles so it’s going to cause an accident or seriously damage someone’s vehicle if it hasn’t already.
