24 inch pothole that is now approx. over 6inches deep

Been here for several months and growing in size and depth. It nearly caused an accident this morning as a car hit it a then nearly hit me as the pothole caused the driver to briefly lose control of their vehicle. There is also additional potholes/degrading road here that are increasing as drivers swerve to miss the main pothole. Overall there is going to be an accident shortly.
