Improve condition of right of way path

There is a right of way footpath that runs between the A30 and Holt Way that is currently just a dirt track that often gets muddy.

The footpathes it connects to within the housing estates are completely paved.

As this will be the primary route for anyone who lives in this area to get to Sainsbury's, it will be a good idea to improve the condition of this footpath.

Similar rights of ways in the area such as the path running through Mitchell's Field from Hartlets park have been replaced with an asphalt footpath years ago.
