Not so much a pothole, more a completely missing section of road

Anfon at Hampshire County Council llai na munud yn hwyrach. Cyfeirnod FixMyStreet: 4444493.

Huge pothole on approach to roundabout, obscured by standing water and even then completely unavoidable... Been reported here many times and seems little to nothing has been done. Very easy to loose control and end up on the roundabout in front of oncoming traffic. Caused damage to my alloy, miracle it didn't cause more even at a low speed.
