The state of the wall is deteriorating. It is in a perilous state. Are you waiting for the wall to collapse onto a pedestrian before taking action? Surely not. This is probably a serious health and safety issue. There are holes in the wall, it is crumbling and as a regular walker from my house in Bainton to Barnack, I am now fearful for my safety.
