Seagul and pidgeon feeding

Feeding of seagals and pideons onto communal shed roof and floor,everyday for over a year,this is general food waste sometimes twice a day,this has been reported numerous times to council and enviromental health at cardiff city hall this is a health problem etc

This hasn't been fixed despite efforts made by cardiff council and enviromental health apparently,the block of flats I live for 20yrs+has a few issues with anti social behaviour,drug issues etc,cardiff council have turned their back on what used to be a good block of flat and the few honest residents that remain and are stuck here.

Still not fixed,still feeding slops and food waste to seagals,pidgeons,rats.

Not fixed ,no other birds come near,seagals ,pidgeons and rats scared them off now

I haven't seen any food waste in the communal courtyard,pidgeons ,seagals etc still roosting ,hopefully get other species of birds in the near future if the problem has been fixed

Not sure if this has been fixed, the neighbour who was feeding rats,seagals,pidgeons etc is now throwing waste into the building next door to our block into the grounds of the church of good hope?on ballroad Hill so we still have alot of unwanted roosting birds around

The lady who was throwing food out the communal courtyard has continued and still is continuing to feed rats,pidgeons and seagals from a casserole dish made up of food from her steps in the comunal courtyard,this is a food source and before long the building will be over run with rats once again

As stated in previous update this is continuing but from a casserole dish on steps,but still alot of pidgeons,seagals,not much other bird species

The problems with rats,pidgeons etc .I now have pests of somekind in my attic the local authority have been informed about this today,ccc

The pest control are now coming to look in attic,23 11 23 hopefully rats haven't nested as they have a food source in comunal courtyard

As I've stated before,not fixed since the pandemic.

The food has stopped being thrown onto the roof and floor,now for a while it's put into ceramic bowl and placed,and being thrown onto the grass in the property next door,church of good hope
