More wood chips needed for high footfall area

The area of the Downs by the edge of Funderland near the zebra crossing and bus stop on Westbury Rd had some wood chips put down last autumn, which has helped a lot over winter, but not enough was put down and the area surrounding the wood chips and alongside Funderland perimeter is really boggy. Is it possible to get more wood chippings added to this area. It currently needs about 3-4 times as much as what put down before to cope with the footfall in wet weather
