Mud swamp path

Every year in the winter months/when it’s raining, this path at the back of Penare Runcorn is always becoming like a mud swamp. It’s very difficult to walk through without it ruining shoes and clothing, coving them in mud. It’s also very slippery, and impossible to use a pram or wheelchair on this path.

It needs digging up and a wider, more flat path installing using tarmac. At the moment it’s just a load of uneven stones and very narrow. Its impossible for someone walking in the opposite direction to pass you without having to walk over the mud/grass.
