The keep left bollard at the roundabout on Monnow Way junction with Itchen Road is missing and therefore at night the raised "Island" part is unlit. I approached it from Itchen Road in the dark and as I had never travelled this route before and was unaware of it, I hit the raised portion and damaged my vehicle. It is exceedingly dangerous and needs rectifying immediately before more damage is caused to unsuspecting drivers vehicles.
