Rotten Tree Dropping Branches back of 20 Montague Road Saltford

In Manor Road behind 20 Montague Road beyond my boundary fence, there is a tree in the verge that has split in two and is riddled with woodworm. Dead branches regularly fall from it and the trunk moves in high winds. I am concerned it may fall injuring passing pedestrians or vehicles and damaging property.
