Frequent Illegal Parking

Cars are frequently parked across the pedestrian drop kerb on the double yellows, either in the road or up on the pavement. The pavement is damaged, creating large puddles and the railings have been driven in to. It prevents walking and cycle access across the road. It is worse in the early evenings with collection from the education centre and at weekends. I have reported many times but this needs regular enforcement or physical measures as was recently introduced to prevent blocking of the cycle line, which remains difficult to use thanks to this illegal parking.
