Traffic light sequence has changed and causing lane blockage

Anfon at Hampshire County Council llai na munud yn hwyrach. Cyfeirnod FixMyStreet: 4232926.

The traffic lights out of the Crockford Lane business estate are turning green but the centre section of the roundabout holds at red. This is causing vehicles to pile into the roundabout which blocks the lanes. This is the opposite light sequence that used to happen so it appears something has changed or gone wrong?
