Very poor footpath

The is an area where several hundred people per day walk their children to the side entrance of Hillcrest primary school. The asphalt footpath does not extend all the way and there is a section of about 30 m where it is just grass. In the winter the grass are turns into a quagmire and most mornings when it has been raining i see children slipping and caked in mud. The paths is in desperate need of asphalting. The estate has grown exponentially in recent years and the volume of people walking that route is very high and therefore the footpaths need to be upgraded to take account of this.
