Birds Mess

I have complained before, regarding low and overgrown branches on the tree outside my mums property of 134, Park Road. My mum has had a stroke and now finds it more urgent to use the rail going up and down her path at the front of the house and to walk to my parked car on her driveway. Because if the overhanging tree, the rail is covered in birds mess, the path is covered in birds mess which means when mum uses the hand rail she gets her hands covered in birds mess, also people using her path into the house also step into the birds mess, and treads it into the house. You can also get "pooped" on when entering and exiting the house. We have tried washing it away and cleaning the path and hand rail, but it is endless. Would you kindly look into cutting this tree right back, as requested several times to rid us of this hazard. Kind regards
