Fly tipping and rat problem

2m This is rubbish that is being dumped on the waste land and backstreet of Ash Street, Wash Lane area of Bury Rats are seen regularly and we have reported the rubbish and rats many times to the council, Nobody is taking ownership of the land. The problem is getting worse over the last 2 years.

Area is still an eyesore , even more rubbish, mattresse and a fridge been dumped there now.Council did post a notice with a 21 day order for whoever owned the land to clean it up, but they got ripped down within days.

A lot of the dumped rubbish has been collected but a lot more remains, they only did partial clean up. Its still an eyesore, lots of wood , cupboard doors and rubbish still lying dumped on the spare ground, [ formerly no 1 Ash street.] Alot of trees and bushes are currently overgrowing and getting out of hand. I've been told that druggies needles have been seen on the ground , I've not seen them myself tbh. Rats Are still a problem. I actually don't think Bury council are taking this problem on Ash Street seriously. I'm really angry , Its a disgrace.
