The street and pavement is (keeps) flooding, and is overflowing into our driveway and flooding our garden which is damaging our grass, trees and hedges.

This particular area of the road keeps flooding and is impossible for pedestricans to cross without being splashed by cars. the flooding then spills into our driveway (2 the causeway) and into our garden, flooding our grass and causing damage to our grass, tress and hedges. something is clearly blocked and allowing the water to build up and cause this flooding.
