Partial repairs carried out. The council do not repair the defects fully and so within a short period of time the road degrades. In this case I was informed that the repairs were completed- when a marked area for reason was not repaired. I was told initially that it may be that it was not a statutory defect( why mark it?) and then was told the contractor may have run out of tarmac!
