Outside of 163 Charlton Road, Keynsham

There is a patch of grass on Charlton Road, outside of no.163, that has several bollards to prevent parking but as some of these bollards are missing vehicles are starting to park on there. It is quite annoying when trying to turn right onto Charlton Road from Lincoln Close as the vehicles cause an obstruction. The same can be said if you try to turn left as vehicles are parked there as well but there are no bollards. We have lived on Charlton Road for several years now and are continually seeing the bollards moved out of place to allow ease of parking. Personally I feel that a railing in leave of bollards would be a better option or placing large boulders.
