Flooded carriageway
Anfon at Crawley Borough Council a West Sussex County Council llai na munud yn hwyrach. Cyfeirnod FixMyStreet: 4046314.
One side of the road is completely flooded and it is too deep to drive through. This happens every time there is heavy rain and it is extremely dangerous as the road is unlit so it is impossible to see the flood in the dark. There were traffic lights up during w/c 5th and 12th December but if any work was done it hasn't solved the problem

Work was scheduled for mid-January but then the temperatures dropped to -5 for the period it was supposed to have been done so I assume the work was cancelled. Nothing has been done since and no new notices have gone up to say when it has been rescheduled for.

This has still not been rectified, despite it being reported back in December 2022 and now we have had significant rainfall the carriageway is flooded again.
They had contractors out 2 weeks ago to resurface the road (which wasn't that bad) but haven't bothered to do anything about the flooding which is dangerous.

There are currently traffic lights in the area so maybe it's going to be fixed soon

Work was done in the area but we've had no significant rainfall since so unable to say if the problem has been resolved

The council allegedly have this as a job to do but have been saying this since December 22.
